The city view from our room was spectacular, allowing us to see the harbor beautifully. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making our check-in process smooth.

The noise from the street at night affected our sleep.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right across from the park with stunning views, especially from the rooftop pool. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was great, providing a wonderful start to our day. However, the rooms could use a refresh to enhance the overall experience.

Had a fantastic stay with a comfy, clean room that offered a stunning view of the park. The breakfast spread was a real treat! The pool area was perfect for a relaxing dip after long sightseeing days, and the gym was a great bonus too. The only thing was the late room service on our last day, but it didn't foul up our enjoyment at all. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out! 😊

I adored the spacious Superior King Room with Hyde Park view! 🌳 The bathroom was so luxurious, featuring a huge soaker bathtub with amazing hot water and pressure—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, you can walk to the vibrant nightlife on Oxford Street in no time! 🎉

The hotel had a good location and the room was spacious with a lovely view. However, cleanliness was an issue with dusty surfaces, and service left much to be desired, particularly during breakfast with long waits and some misunderstandings with staff. Overall, not quite the standard expected for a 5-star establishment.

Had a lovely stay with my hubby and family! The Hyde Park view from our Classic Double Room was stunning, and we enjoyed relaxing at the pool after exploring nearby Oxford Street. The staff was fantastic, helping us settle in and making us feel welcomed during our visit.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly options would be great, especially thoughtful amenities for kids' needs.
